Digital Marketing Executive

We are offering up a brand new role within Sugar Rush Creative at our studio in Belfast. The Digital Marketing Executive role will oversee the plan and execution of Sugar Rush’s digital marketing strategy. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

The day to day skills and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing our content strategy and digital marketing campaign 
  • Overseeing and developing our social media strategy 
  • Managing & maintaining Sugar Rush’s online platforms 
  • Writing and optimising content for our site and social channels
  • Analysing and monitoring site traffic flow providing regular internal reporting 
  • Liaising with our Google partners on multiple campaigns 
  • Ongoing SEO for our current digital platforms 
  • Strong knowledge of ASO
  • Creating content by posting blogs, news, videos, podcasts & emailing marketing 
  • Planning and executing strategies for client Apps on both stores 
  • Attending product launches & company events 
  • Providing creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborating with our UX designers to improve user experience 
  • Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven 1- 3 year experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM 
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel) 
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing 
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A digital marketing qualification or other relevant University degree
